MASSAGE
THERAPY

Our Registered Massage Therapists are highly trained to assess and treat soft tissue and joint injuries.

They incorporate manual therapy to help decrease pain, muscular and fascial tension and to improve mobility, strength and function.

Massage therapy provides an effective approach in acute and chronic injury management and rehabilitation in conjunction with our other therapists.

KINESIOLOGY

Our Kinesiologists use evidence-based research and assessment to assist in the prevention and rehabilitation of injury, chronic disease and other physiological conditions.

We work closely with our clients to prevent and treat illness or injury through appropriate exercise testing and prescription and improve your physical performance in sport, work and activities of daily living.

Our Kinesioligists work in collaboration with our therapists (PT/RMT) to help develop comprehensive treatment plans to ensure that our clients are receiving the best care.

osteopathy

Osteopathy is a holistic, hands-on approach that views the body, and its physiological systems, as one.

The goal of osteopathy is to maintain and restore balance and function to all systems.

When all systems function in harmony, the body has a greater ability to self-regulate.
